Around 220.000 People are living in 800 meters. Altitude. This makes Estelí to a place with a comfortable climate 150 km north of Managua on the Pan-American Highway. It is mainly now to produce some of the finest cigars worldwide. Another Highlight is the annual horse parades, known as “Hipicas”. There you will see some of the world finest and most beautiful horses which are come from all over the world.

Estelí offers you arts and crafts and also natural reserves where you can explore Fauna and Flora.
